    With strong supports by all walks of life, Dowell Electronic Fair has had eleven successful sessions. The fair gets good comments from exhibitors for its large number of visitors and big order size. It has become an annual magnificent gathering for people from electronic industry and is one of the most influencing and summoning fair in large scale. In order to promote further the development of electronic industry home and abroad and strengthen the communication and cooperation between China and foreign countries in electronic industry, we specially organize the fair. 中国电子学会创建于1962年，是中国科学技术协会所属的全国一级学会，挂靠在信息产业部。设有专业分会44个和省市地方学会30个,拥有会员10万余人，其中会士500多人、高级会员9000人。
      中国电子学会始终把开展学术活动作为学会的中心工作，每年召开各种类型的学术会议超过百次，参加者达万人以上。编辑出版学术类、技术类、科普类报刊20余种。
    中国电子学会与国际上的学术组织有着广泛的联系。代表国家参加了国际无线电科学联盟(URSI)、国际信息处理联合会(IFIP) 、国际医药信息学会联合会(IMIA) 和国际污染控制学会联合会(ICCCS)。还与十几个外国学会建立了学术联系。
    Chinese Institute of Electronics (CIE), which was founded in 1962, is a national wide first-grade organization under the leadership of China Association for Science and Technology. It has 44 professional sub-institutes and 30 provincial and municipal institutes with over 100,000 members, of which more than 500 are fellow members and 9,000 are senior members.
     CIE always puts its focus on developing academic activities. Each year there are over one hundred academic conferences of all kinds hold, receiving more than ten thousand participants. Chinese Institute of Electronics also edits and publishes over 20 kinds of newspapers and periodicals of academy, technology and popular science.
     CIE has wide relationship with international academic societies. It has joined in URSI (Union Radio-Scientific International), IFIP (International Federation for Information Processing), IMIA (International Medical Information Association), and ICCCS on behalf of China. It also has built up academic relationship with over ten foreign associations.
